Sarah Michelle Gellar has been a film actress for many years. Her role as Buffy Summers in the hit TV show, 'Buffy the Slayer' was widely popular and earned her numerous accolades. Her destiny was to become an actress. She was noticed by an agent at aged just four and asked to audition for a part in the television film'An Invasion Of Privacy'. This gave her a platform in the media and led her to become a child model. At the age of a girl she continued her television shows and even got small parts in Hollywood film. Her breakthrough occurred when she was a teenager and she was chosen to play Sydney Rutledge in the teen drama , 'Swans Crossing'. Her performance as Kendall Hart in the ABC soap production "All My Children which was well-received and brought her distinctions and awards including one Emmy Award. Eventually she began her journey into mainstream Hollywood and was offered the roles in horror films such as 'I Know What You did Last Summer' as well as "Scream 2". The most memorable moment of her career happened when she was chosen to play Buffy Summers in the highly famous vampire show 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'.
